Our well-equipped fitness center is a great place to keep your body and mind fit and active. It features state-of-the-art HUR machines that let you program your settings and continually track your progress.

Our full-time exercise physiologist will work with you to develop a personal exercise program that suits you best. There are also a vast array of group fitness programs to enjoy, such as Guided Relaxation, Tai Chi, EnerG Circuit, strength and stretch, better balance, chair volleyball and more.

Whatever plan’s right for you, you’ll have the security of knowing that a professional fitness trainer is there to guide you through safely and enjoyably.

Each month, our life enrichment director plans hundreds of activities, programs, events, and trips to promote growth and fulfillment and a life lived happier and healthier. There’s always something new to try, places to go, and great friends to share in the good times — here on our Orland Park campus and throughout the Greater Chicago area.

Whether it’s a daytrip for a wine tasting or a night at the symphony, joining our line dancing troupe or competitive bean bag team, enriching the mind with a lifelong learning class, or nourishing the soul in our 5-star dining room, there are endless opportunities to be active, healthy, happy and whole.
