Smith Crossing's Skilled Nursing Care is available only to current Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Alzheimer's and Memory Support residents who require additional care. Residents experiencing declining health can rest assured that Smith Crossing offers the resources they require. Our Skilled Nursing Care services are Medicare certified. Rehabilitation Services Additionally, Smith Crossing provides professionally-staffed Rehabilitation Services in a fully-equipped room. Certified by both Medicare Part A and B, Rehab Services are available for all residents who require extra help during a short-term recovery from illness, surgery or injury. EMR System Smith Crossing's state-of-the-art electronic medical record system (EMR) in our Skilled Nursing Care Community provides instant, reliable access to medical records for residents' physicians and our healthcare team. Having medical records stored electronically is very efficient, allowing our medical team to spend less time on paperwork and more time with residents. |
